Students are responsible for finishing this essay at home. This is a graded assignment that is due no later than Friday, December 1, 2017. With parental consent, these essays will be submitted for the Western Pennsylvania Firemen's Association's annual Fire Prevention Essay Contest.

Campaign Speeches are due Friday, October 27!!
Today (Monday, October 23) was the last day for students to work on campaign speeches in class. These speeches are due on Friday, October 27. They will be graded! All students are required to write a speech using the Five Paragraph Essay format they were taught in class. Students who are not actually running for student council must pretend they are running!
Student Council speeches will take place on Friday, October 27 in the elementary gym. Speeches will begin at approximately 9:30 AM. The following candidates will present speeches at this time:
