About Mrs. Moore :)
I graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education. I have been teaching in the Jefferson-Morgan School District for 30 years. I worked as a substitute teacher for nine years. During those nine years, I did day to day substituting, I taught third grade for two years, and I taught first grade for one year. I have worked as a full time fifth grade teacher for 21 years. I taught Science and Social Studies for 18 years, and I currently teach 5th Grade English and Language Arts.
In my free time, my favorite thing to do is spending time with my family. I also love to travel (I especially love going to Walt Disney World and the beach!), and I enjoy reading books.
